This website is the online store for the sale of INSPIRAL JEWELRY products via the internet of the sole proprietorship under the name "KRONTIRA SOFIA" (A.F.M. 034090328, D.O.Y. LAMIAS, G.E.M.I. No.: 22873754000) , based in Greece, in Lamia, 18 Riga Feraiou, 35132.
The General Terms and conditions for using the website and purchasing the products/services of our online store (hereinafter "Terms of Use") presented and analyzed below, determine the terms and conditions for your browsing on our website and the use of this and the online of our store and govern the sales contract entered into between us for the purchase of products from our online store.
Before entering our online store we invite you to consult the Terms of Use and make sure you agree with them. If you disagree with any of these Terms of Use, you must not take any action on our online store, including simply browsing it. However, any action you take in our online store, such as browsing it, subscribing to our newsletter service or purchasing our products, is considered as unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.
1) What does Inspiral.gr offer?
The inspiral.gr online store offers internet users the opportunity to buy a wide range of jewelry and accessories at competitive prices. Our online store displays, promotes and markets the products of its suppliers. The company chooses at its absolute discretion the products it will present to the consumer public through inspiral.gr as well as renewing and/or withdrawing them, at any time, without justification and without prior notification in any way.
Finally, the company's pricing policy as well as the methods of promoting its products, through offers and/or discounts, are determined exclusively by the company and may be amended at any time, without prior notification in any way.
2) Receive and complete order
Orders are completed in a specific sequence of steps, detailed below. There is a case that a product that appears available on our website may not be available or be delivered within the delivery time indicated on inspiral.gr. This can happen because the same company also operates a physical store or because there is a problem in its production (e.g. lack of some accompanying material). Therefore, in order for you to be fully aware of the progress of the order you have registered and also protected from any such cases, the completion of your order is implemented through the following steps:
α) Send a request for processing
We recommend that before placing your first order, you register as a user of inspiral.gr so that you can be served more easily and efficiently by the staff of our online department store. The steps you must follow to register your order are listed below:
- You select the product(s) and add it(s) to the "shopping cart"
- Go to "shopping cart"
- Fill in all the details of your order request that appear on the order form
- Submit/register an order
- Checking the e-mail address you have given us to receive an automated message of your order. This message contains the details of the order request and a copy will be received by our company.
Each time you send our company a request to order, you must have previously accepted these terms of use, which govern the transactions between us in their entirety.
Do not forget that your requests are received by our company with the express reservation of a thorough check of the availability of the products included in your order request, since at this stage the processing of your request by our company has not yet started.
Finally, we inform you that our company follows a strict policy of protecting your personal data and only after your express consent (granted by sending the form) are they collected and processed, in the most secure and diligent manner.
β) Processing an order request
At this stage, our company thoroughly checks the availability of all products listed in your order request. Particularly:
- In case that there is availability of all products mentioned in your request within the delivery time displayed in our online store, then we will confirm by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you have given us, which will include all the details. The products will be shipped based on delivery schedule of our partner courier company.
- In case that one of the items you ordered is not available and/or that a product cannot be available in the delivery time indicated in our online store, then our company partner will contact you by phone or e-mail , in order to inform you about the unavailability, the delay time or to suggest a similar product. The reasons for unavailability in the estimated delivery time may be the following:

In case that you are not satisfied with the solution we propose, you have the right to request the cancellation of the order and the interest-free return of any money you may have paid within a reasonable period of time.
If for any reason neither of the above two communications becomes possible for a period of 10 days from the sending of your order request, then your request is automatically canceled and you will have to send a new request to us again.
γ) Phone Orders
If you choose to place your order by phone, you must be aware of these terms and conditions.
With the final registration of your order by our service department, you automatically implicitly accept all terms and conditions.
3) Payment - order payment
To pay for the products you are interested in buying, you can choose among the methods proposed by our company.
First you decide which payment process suits you. Then choose the corresponding payment method at the appropriate point of your order request form and finally enter your necessary information.
Finally, we would like you to know that shipping and cash on delivery are free for all orders sent within Greece as long as they exceed €50. For orders of a total amount less than or equal to €50, the cash on delivery costs are €1.9, while the shipping costs are:

Regarding payments using a credit card, our company in collaboration with Alpha Bank takes all the necessary security measures that ensure the maximum possible protection in your electronic transactions. Our company uses the SSL protocol that provides maximum security in communication between electronic payment systems.
4) Payment methods
The available payment methods are as follows
α) Cash on delivery method
Your order is sent to the address you choose during registration and is paid upon receipt. When the employee of the partner courier company comes to your place to deliver the parcel, you pay the value of your order in cash. It is specified that the parcel is received as long as the package is not damaged or opened. Therefore, you are not entitled to open the parcel before it has been received by the courier company's employee. Finally, we would like you to know that shipping and cash on delivery are free for all orders sent within Greece as long as they exceed €50. For orders with a total amount less than or equal to €50, the cash on delivery costs are €1.90. Cash on delivery is not supported for overseas shipments and custom builds.
β) Payment by Credit Card
You can complete the payment of the order through credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, as well as using the Masterpass e-wallet.
All payments made using a card are processed through Alpha Bank's "Alpha e-Commerce" electronic payment platform and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
γ) Payment by bank deposit
In this case, you should deposit the total amount of your order to one of the following bank accounts, writing inspiral.gr and the order number as the reason. The order remains pending and is finalized - and the execution deadlines of 4 to 8 days begin to run - with the confirmation of the deposit from inspiral.gr of the total amount. As soon as you make the deposit, you should send us the proof of the deposit (photo, screenshot, etc.) to info@inspiral.gr with the subject "Bank account deposit - Order number XXX". Do not forget that the deposit must be made within three days of the order, otherwise the order is automatically cancelled. In case you make the payment through a third bank and not from the same bank, you should be charged with the transfer fee to another bank. In any case, inspiral.gr reserves the right to suspend your order if a transfer is made from a third bank, charging the recipient of the money with the transfer costs, and until payment of these to the bank account.

5) Product delivery and shipping costs
Orders within Greece are delivered by ACS, which has the largest distribution network in Greece and the most reliability. In the rare case that the area you live in is not delivered by the ACS network, inspiral.gr will send your order in an alternative way without any additional charge beyond the following. The cost and indicative delivery time are as follows:

Delivery time is indicative and may vary depending on the day of the week or exact destination. The delivery time is not specific and takes place between 10:00 and 18:00 in most areas of Greece. If you want a specific delivery time, you will be charged the additional cost determined by the courier company ACS.
Deliveries are not made on weekends and holidays. However, if you wish for delivery on a Saturday, you will be charged the additional cost determined by the cooperating transport company.
When completing your order, you can choose to pick up from our store in Lamia. In this case, the products you ordered will be reserved for you for 3 working days and during this time you can come at any time and Lamia store hours to collect your package. After the above period, your order is automatically cancelled. The address of the store is Riga Feraiou 18 in Lamia. Our partner will contact you by phone regarding the day and time your order will be ready for pickup.

Order delivery time
All orders are shipped by our company no later than 4-8 business days from the day you placed your order.
You can at any time wish to see the status of your order after logging into your account in our online store and going to the "MY ACCOUNT" tab. If your order has been received by the cooperating courier company, you can find out where your parcel is by means of the waybill number, which is posted on the "MY ACCOUNT" page and is directly linked to the order in progress.
Our company is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or events beyond its control. Our company is not responsible for causes of delivery delays due to delays in customs, intermediate loading-unloading areas, transport strikes or any other kind of strikes that affect the delivery of products to our company's warehouses from our suppliers, etc.
In any case of any delay, our company will make every effort to contact you at the information you have provided to it, in order to inform you about it and to agree with you about the new delivery or the delivery of another product.
Although our company takes every possible measure to respond to your need for information regarding the possible unavailability of a product, there is a possibility that there will be an unexpected shortage or unavailability of the product from our suppliers even after your order has been confirmed. In this case, our company will again make every effort to contact you on the information you have provided in order to inform you of any possible completeness and to consult with you about the new delivery or the delivery of another product or the cancellation of the order free of charge for both parties and the interest-free refund of any money you may have paid within a reasonable period of time.
6) Returns – product exchanges and refunds
a) Return of products and money
You have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days (within Greece) and 28 calendar days (abroad). You can request its replacement with another size (ring) or another product. We emphasize that the shipping date of the returned product is considered to be the one written by the courier on the receipt, to check the deadline. Return costs are borne by the person making the return. We recommend that you return the product by registered parcel, so as to avoid the risk of theft, damage or loss of your parcel.
In addition, we inform you that inpiral.gr is not responsible in case of loss or damage of the product during the transport of the return.
In any case the returned product must be in the condition received by the customer. This means:
- It must not be damaged and its packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product
- To be accompanied by all the original documents with which the product was delivered (e.g. Retail Receipt, Invoice, Warranty, etc.)
- Must not have been worn/used
- Be well packed so that it is not damaged during transport
- If it was accompanied by a gift, it should also be returned together with the product
If the above conditions are met, you are free to send it back to us for a replacement, having taken care to complete the return form enclosed in the original packaging. Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return.

As soon as we receive the product, we check if it meets the above conditions and inform you by e-mail or by phone. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the new product. For details on shipping costs with our partner carrier, please refer to paragraph 5 "Product delivery and shipping costs".
If you want us to send you the product with your own partner carrier, you should know that our company does not assume the costs of transporting the package, nor does it bear any responsibility for any longer delivery time than the partner courier company's estimate.
The return process takes approximately 14 working days, however during busy periods it may take longer. In any case, our company keeps you constantly informed about the progress of the process.
It is clarified that changes are always made to the purchase price of the product with the additional charge indicated above. In the event that the new product you choose has a lower price than the one you are returning, you are entitled to a discount coupon equal to the resulting difference. Refunds are not made for the above case.
b) Return of defective/wrong products
In the rare case that defective products were sold or the wrong products were sent or the products were damaged during transport due to the proven fault of inspiral.gr, then inspiral.gr assumes full responsibility for the replacement, the return cost (then it will deposit the corresponding amount costs to a bank account that will be indicated to us), as well as reshipment costs.
In order to determine if the product is defective, you should send us by email to info@inspiral.gr photos of the product, showing the problem in as much detail as possible, in order for it to be checked by the relevant department of our company. If you send us the product without complying with the above procedure, you bear all the costs of transporting the product in addition to those that arise, as well as our company reserves the right to refuse to receive it. The return conditions remain the same as those mentioned above.
c) Seasonal items
Seasonal items are only exchanged for a matching seasonal item and no refunds are given on those items.
d) Special Orders
Changes and returns on special orders are not made.
e) Order cancellation – Right of withdrawal
It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:
- Before sending the product: - Cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to info@inspiral.gr or by calling 2231023216 every day, Monday - Wednesday - Saturday: 10:00 - 14:00 and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 10:00-14:00 and 18:00-21:00).
- After the product has been shipped: - In case that the cancellation is made after the order has been shipped, you will be charged with the shipping costs for shipping the product from us to you and the costs of returning the product back to the company us.
- After receiving the product: - You can exercise your right of withdrawal, i.e. return the product and get your money back, within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product. It is clarified that in order to return a product, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be accompanied by all the original documents with which the product was delivered (e.g. Retail Receipt, Invoice, Warranty, etc.). The product must not have been worn/used. It is recalled that a refund is made only in the case of using the right of withdrawal. In the event of an exchange with another product of a lower value, you are entitled to a discount coupon equal to the resulting difference, minus the transport costs of the exchange, as described in the paragraph "RETURNS - EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS".
f) Consumer's Right to Complain Through the Electronic Dispute Resolution Platform
In accordance with Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated in Greece with Decree-Law 70330/2015, the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes with the Alternative Dispute Resolution (Alternative Dispute Resolution) process is now provided for throughout the European Union.
