Shipping method and cost

Orders within Greece are served by ACS, which has the largest distribution network in Greece and the most reliability. In the rare case that the area you live in is not served by the ACS network, inspiral.gr will send your order in an alternative way without any additional charge beyond the following. The cost and indicative delivery times are as follows:

Deliveries are not made on weekends and holidays. However, if you want a specific delivery time or delivery on a Saturday, you will be charged the extra cost determined by the partner transport company.

Especially for the city of Lamia, it is possible to pick up from the company's physical store at 18 Riga Feraiou Street. The products are shipped within Lamia the next day if the products are all available in our store, otherwise they are shipped in 4-8 days . In case of a longer delay, we contact you and inform you of the exact time period. The products are shipped on working days between 8:00-14:30, afternoon on Tuesday-Thursday & Friday 17.30 to 21.00 and Saturday 8:00-14.30. For orders over 50 euros, shipping costs are free. For orders less than 50 euros, the shipping costs are 2.5 euros. Orders with the option "Pick up from the Store" as the delivery method, remain for collection up to 3 working days if they are not claimed/received, before they are cancelled.

Order delivery time

For Greece, delivery to your place is made by courier in 1-3 days. For some remote areas the delivery time can reach 6 days. In case any of the products are not available in the store, the total waiting time can reach 15 days. In case of a delay of more than 5 days, inspiral.gr will contact you. For orders over 50 euros, shipping costs are free. For orders less than 50 euros, shipping costs are 4.8 euros.

You can at any time see the status of your order after logging into your account in our online store and going to the "MY ACCOUNT" tab. If your order has been received by the cooperating courier company, you can find out where your parcel is by means of the waybill number, which is posted on the "MY ACCOUNT" page and is directly linked to the order in progress .
